“The property is in the backyard of another property. The "studio" is an converted garage. There is no off street parking which you are not told about until you arrive. Access to the property is by a side gate down the side of the main house.. no lighting for night time arrival or departure. There is a gate at the entrance of the shed which the people in the main house can watch you come and go... zero privacy...
Would not recommend.”

“This was an older style house with a surprise inside. It is fantastically renovated and a pleasure to live in. Tony the host was on the ball, helpful and very keen to please. If you’re looking for somewhere different to stay Valencia and nearby towns will surprise you. Very close to the beach which was beautiful. All in all a great experience.”
