Uncomfortable experience

I stayed there for 7 nights. There was a used soap when I first moved in. The AC is freezing cold and can't adjust. I saw hairs several times in the towels. The pillow is too low. I won't say it's a good experience staying there.

The pool was great! The ONLY negative thing about the stay was the WIFI - while it worked, we were unable to send or receive imessages on our iphones; neither could we access Facebook.
