"Ponto a melhorar: serviço em geral . Jó momento do meu checkin, o instalador ficou dentro do quarto consertado a TV q não funcionava. Extremamente inconveniente, já que poderia ter sido feito antes.
Teve tb problemas no controle remoto do portão da garagem, outro ponto q poderia ter sido resolvido antes da minha chegada.
Localização: fraca, sem acesso à pé para nada, numa estrada de terra a 200m da estrada principal "

"This lovely guesthouse was clean, quiet, and comfy. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is delicious! Each room has its own hammock and the pool area is very nice. When I checkout, the woman at the desk offered to drive me to the bus station which was very kind and helpful! Definitely recommend!"

"Very disappointing hotel. I'm sure at one time the hotel was a great property but it is now in serious need of investment attention and care. The park next to the property has been closed for the last 5 years which is not mentioned or obvious when booking. The staff are not uniformed so hard to tell who is staff and most of them are sat around doing nothing but looking at their mobiles. we waited an eternity for our meal in the restaurant and the 1st night there was a function so unable to order...

"Pousada bem simples, café da manhã razoável mas quartos muito pequenos, escuros, iluminação parca, cheiro de mofo, portas difíceis de fechar então a cada entrada e saída do quarto o barulho acorda todo mundo, não tinha toalhas nem tapete no banheiro, precisei pedir, cobertores estavam sem embalagem, o que se pressupõe que estavam empoeirados.Localização boa. "We had a wonderful stay. We walked there from the airport so it was super convenient. My son swam in the pool while my husband and I lounged near by. The breakfast spread was the best I’ve ever had at any hotel. There were so many choices!! We loved staying at this hotel!"
"Estive recentemente na Pousada Quinta dos Quintais, em Chapada dos Guimarães, e a experiência foi muito boa no geral. O destaque com certeza vai para a Cida, que é extremamente atenciosa, acolhedora e faz a gente se sentir em casa desde a chegada. A localização também é ótima, em meio à natureza e com um clima super tranquilo.
O único ponto que poderia melhorar um pouco é em relação à limpeza do quarto, que deixou um pouco a desejar. Nada que tenha comprometido a estadia, mas um cuidado maior nesse aspecto faria toda a diferença.

The staff is very helpful and polite, and made us feel really welcome. Breakfast is a feast, with many options—we ended up overeating! Overall, everything was wonderful, and I highly recommend the hotel.
