“Friendly staff, very clean room, prompt to answer when we needed more shower gel and shampoo. Our hair dryer was defective but it was replaced immediately. I only wish the free breakfast was in a different location than the restaurant on the premises, because the wait was considerable long to just to get some breakfast to began our day. ”

“We stayed in an efficiency, clean but a little out dated. The pictures were accurate but some of the description was a little misleading. A few suggestions: change the table chairs (seat cushions were stained, gross), add a luggage rack, install fillable shampoo/soap bottles that attach to shower wall, and add a few dinner bowls to the room (bought cereal but couldn’t have it). Also, please list to bring beach chairs, umbrella and towels. I know they could be rented nearby but I have at home and……

“This property was a perfect getaway. You are literally right on a private beach. Nokomis beach is right down the road or beach. North jetty for fishing. We saw manatees swimming right down the beach. This was an amazing stay in an amazingly beautiful area of south Florida. I cant wait to return. My only regret is not staying here longer.”

“It was really close to the beach and a lot of the activities that we were doing it was less than 30 minutes away the only thing was it needs to be upgraded a little maintenance .And it needs new bedding it says non-smoking but are blankets was full of cigarette holes it was I will stay again. really good price”

“The room was great for the price but the refrigerator didn't close and the pool wasn't available. Also their website says breakfast but no breakfast and the restaurant that's attached to the building is permanently shut down. So it doesn't have all the features u are expecting. But I'd stay again based on the room and price. ”
