Don’t overlook these issues

House could be neat but Lacking basic furniture, old carpets, sewer smell in bathroom, no towel racks. Plus both full bathrooms are in bedrooms so not good for the other two bedrooms.

No really a four bedroom home!

The 2 main bathrooms were only accessible by going into the two bedrooms they were attached to. The third bedroom upstairs had a bathroom in it and the occupants of the fourth bedroom, which was actually only a loft really because it was open with no door had to walk into the third bedroom to use the bathroom. Also, both the showers in the house had no enclosures which was kind of strange. You were literally standing in the middle of the bathroom with no enclosure showering lol. The couch in the living room was really gross; stained and the upstairs carpet was pretty gross too.

Visiting Swifties

We stayed at this property for a super-busy weekend in Indy for the Taylor Swift concert, and overall, it worked well for our needs. The location was fantastic—close enough to downtown for easy access to everything, yet far enough to avoid the heavy crowds. That said, parking was challenging for two cars, as only street parking is available. Finding spots together, or even on the same street, would likely be difficult if you had more vehicles. Inside, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. However, some aspects could have been improved, particularly the cleanliness and the bathrooms. The carpets were a bit worn, giving parts of the home an unfinished feel. While the bathrooms looked nice, they weren’t as functional as expected—missing towel hooks or racks, with shower setups that didn’t contain water well and layouts that were a bit awkward. The third-floor bathroom, unfortunately, had a noticeable sewage smell when running water through the floor drains, which gave the upstairs a persistent musty odor. Despite a few downsides, the property still worked out well for our group of five adults and two kids, especially given how busy the weekend was.

The house was very cute and host very responsive. We did have an electrical issue but they responded within business hours. I would recommend a 24 hour emergency contact. I would also recommend not allowing access to basement as stairs are extremely dangerous.

Bachelor group

Needed a nice comfy place to lay our heads from a night on the town. Plenty of space and beds for a group of 8. Very cool and unique place. Close to downtown so walking was an option unless you dive into extreme motorsports and grab 8 scooters with the group and rip through town. 10/10 would do it again.
