“The owner was very hospitable and even let us start a few hours past check out as our flight was at 2pm. Colleen also arranged for a lovely cultural tour at our request. It’s a very nice place and the included breakfast was made to order and delicious! Not some bland breakfast bar. It was like breakfast at a cute ocean view cafe where you could order an omelette or French toast. Great stay”

“I cannot say enough good things about Travessia. The location is absolutely stunning, the food is amazing, and the staff are so kind and thoughtful. Travessia is truly a place to get away from it all and I am so appreciative of our time there. We loved that it was an eco-lodge using solar energy and was also working with the local community to be a force for good. We travel a lot, but this may be my favorite place we have ever stayed.”

“Nous avons aimé la gentillesse du personnel et de son manager, toujours à notre écoute pour nous conseiller ou nous aider malgré la barrière de la langue. Discret aussi quand il le fallait. Nous avions une vue du restaurant absolument magique. Je ne peux que recommander cet établissement mais allez y avec un 4/4 se sera plus prudent !”

“Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cette établissement. Le personnel est discret et à notre service tout comme le gérant qui était à nos petits soins pour que notre séjour soit parfait. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux. La piscine magnifique avec une vue imprenable sur les palmiers et l'océan au loin (mais seulement 5 minutes à pied). “I spent wonderful 2 weeks here. The hotel is well maintained. Sits on a stretch of quiet white sand beach. Room was lovely, quiet, spotless, everything in good condition. Meals great - breakfast I loved in particular. Staff helpful without being intrusive. Proprietors very helpful with flights, activities, meals. The beach is unspoiled and safe - great for long walks and for swimming. Diving available and great.”
