Great get-a-way

This property definitely suited our needs. Check in and check out was a breeze. Great location. Very quiet The beds are very comfortable for a good nights rest. We didn’t do much cooking but the kitchen is well stocked.Would definitely book this property again.

As soon as we walked in we took note of how immaculate and well cared for the property was. The kitchen was equipped with anything you would need. Everything in great condition too.

Nice house in a great location

Handy location right off the IOP connector and near the grocery store. Walkway to the beach is across the street, could not be closer.

Property was clean and has ample plates, glasses and silverware. There are games and books that are also available. It would have made our stay easier if there was more than 1 paper towel roll and 2 towels per bath for a week stay. Coffee filters should also be an included at this price.

Great vacation

Perfect location! This house was walking distance to the beach,pool, tennis courts, grocery, and dining. Our stay in IOP was wonderful and we will def be back. This home was the perfect size for our family and had most everything we needed. The only issues we had were minor and the property manager was amazing and had them resolved quickly.

You can walk to the grocery store and to several delicious restaurants. The location is ideal and you have a clean and quiet swimming pool close by if you prefer it to the ocean. The house was equipped with every single thing that you could need while you are away... as if you were, indeed, at home.

Wonderful Getaway Spot

Location was perfect being across from the beach, but set slightly away from the busier road, and down a few blocks from the big public parking area so away from the big crowds. House was lovely, nicely updated baths and and kitchen which was a great size for preparing big meals. Nice wood floors and much nicer decor than I see at most rental properties. Very comfortable for our two families. It was perfect for us, would love to return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was well appointed, nicely decorated and updated. The bedroom arrangement slept our family of 5 quite comfortably. Loved being steps from beach path. Neighborhood was quiet and nicely walk-able to the "downtown" amenities/restaurants/shops/grocery. Only slight downside is the home was right on the corner of the main drag and we got a little more traffic noise than expected but still not a major issue. Loved our stay here and would definitely return!

Nice stay at Ocean Park Court 1

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at 1 Ocean Park Court. The house is as pictured and descried and really close to the beach. The only two issues we had which were minor were (1) we saw some ants in the living room the first day (we called maintenance and they came and spayed which seemed to help) and (2) the water pressure was not great, if more than 1 person was taking a shower, then the water pressure would be very low. Other than these two small issues, it was a great stay and I would stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented many homes in the past but most do not hold up to the description of the property. This home was beyond our expectations. The home was comfortable, clean and very spacious for our family. The kitchen is well stocked with all a chefs needs. The bedrooms and bathroom are maintained well with ample closets for storage. The walk to the beach was less than 4 mins and stores within 5 mins. Only con we had is it needs more paper supplies and at least one disinfectant wipes in the unit. Overall a great experience.

Comfortable House in a Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased with the house and the location. It is within walking distance to the beach. The grocery and the IOP connector are right around the corner as well so very accessible. The bedrooms are good size with comfortable beds and the kitchen is well stocked. The only complaint we had was that the couch was not a sleeper sofa as advertised. We planned on having someone sleep there but when we checked in and saw that is was just a normal leather sectional with a set of sheets left out on the side table, we made other arrangements. Otherwise, great house in a great location! We would definitely stay here again!
