“My family and I absolutely loved staying here. We booked for one night and were completely satisfied. Updated appliances and a AC that cools the entire space even on a hot day. Close To a coffee shop (walking distance) and close to the beach. We will definitely be staying here again either before summer ends or next year. Communication was top tier. Book now, you won’t regret it!!Take in mind parking is tight but fit my 1500 GMC pick up truck no problem!”

The rooms are in a converted historic building, and while many interior features are attractive, the project seems very rushed, and a lot of important items are missing or poorly done (especially to be a four star as they claim) Most importantly, the AI model is a hellish experience. The communications pretend to come from a real person but are coming from a computer. The AI ("concierge") will waste 30 minutes of your time going……

“I booked a last minute stay for some time at the ocean. The booking/check in process was so easy with very detailed instructions sent the day of my arrival. The place was exactly as pictured, a well-appointed, clean cottage, with everything I needed. The host also left a welcome gift that was thoughtful and useful. I walked the few blocks to the ocean everyday, multiple times a day to walk for hours on the beaches. I got food from a nice little Italian restaurant (Capri) just a block away. The……

“We checked in. And they said we were all set. Then two hours later they called me and said “we have you the wrong key to the wrong house” when we walk back to the check in they tell us because of they’re mistake they took all of our stuff in the rooms and moved it to the other room, then they also found our car keys and moved our car. And they did all this without telling or asking us first. The photos on the website come from multiple different locations. And you don’t know wich location you……

“We find the rental easily enough. Parking was a little difficult,but was able to get it figured out with a phone call. We enjoyed the quaint little home andIt served its purpose. We traveled 14 hrs and were exhausted so was a bit disappointed we could not check on a little early. Possibly 1 hour early. We have not ran into this before . There was no cleaning people or occupants . But over all it was a great place to stay and Leslie was pleasant to work with. The newlands”

“Nice location right outside of the hustle and bustle of the shops/restaurants. Beautiful views from the balcony. Restaurants, entertainment and several beautiful beaches are within ten miles away. The building & unit are older/dated, but very clean. Host was very communicative with quick responses.”
