“Comfy bed, quiet neighborhood, very clean, and really kind and communicative host!”

“Great communication with the host. Sweet little property in a safe neighborhood. Would use again.”

“The space was spacious and clean. It was the perfect place to relax after a full day of activities. The host was excellent very communicative. We even forgot an item when we checked out and the host brought it to the airport to us! Went above and beyond just to be a good person. Will definitely book again when I’m in the area.”

“Not too much noise despite being close to main roads.”

“Clean, safe and quiet. ”

“Clean room”

“Great spot if you need a place in Albuquerque it is essentially located so it's easy to get pretty much anywhere in town The owner was very courteous and responded to me in A matter of minutes”

“The property was OK, however, there are several surfaces in the bathroom that need painting, which could breed bacteria. The toilet, after raising the seat was very soiled and the seat had paint missing again ver likely with bacteria present. The host would do well to replace the toilet seat with plastic making it easier to clean. The toilet is very old and difficult for seniors to exit, suggest new taller toilet. All bathroom surfaces should be painted with semi-gloss paint to prevent……

“We're so over noisy hotels with questionable cleanliness and cheap, ill-prepared breakfasts, so we decided to try a vrbo property for our quick trip to attend a local event. We weren't disappointed. The amenities were as advertised. The guest house was clean and well stocked, the bed was comfortable, and we enjoyed two quiet nights of sleep. The property wasn't far from the interstate and was gated, giving us peace of mind. There is a restaurant close by that served a tasty breakfast at a……

“A+ location”

“Great place and great communication from the host! Would definitely stay here again!”

“Property was unsatisfactory and created a terrible experience. Upon checking into the property, the first thing I noticed was that the window at the front of the unit by the door was shattered--in a very large circular pattern which typically happens when something is thrown at the window and it fractures out from the point of contact. The window was still there, but could fall apart and leave the unit open at any moment. As I walked into the property, there were numerous dead roaches and other……

“This was a good centrally located place to stay. The living/dining/kitchen area was perfect for conversation, board games, sharing morning coffee and watching TV. We appreciated the delicious pinon coffee that was provided! My one caution is not a fault with the property, it's just something to be aware of. The main (king) bed is very, very firm. We aren't used to that, so it was a bit difficult for us. Just a personal preference.”
