“No hay personal. No hay restaurante, ni recepción. Son apartamentos aislados en el monte. No te recibe nadie. Ni siquiera nos han pedido la identificación a los huéspedes. A la llegada no habia nadie para recibirnos.
La decoración y diseño de los apartamentos es muy bonita pero no tienen casi ajuar para poder cocinar. No están preparados para el calor.”

“The view from the terrace (in our room) was absolutely amazing! Location is perfect, parking was right there and very convenient. The staff was so helpful, when we had to leave early in the morning and didn't have time for breakfast, they packed it so that we could take it with us! And the breakfast was excellent too! Very strongly recommend this place”

“Das Haus ist wunderschön, eine ehemalige Schmiede. Der Frühstücksraum ist auch Restaurant am Abend und wirklich beeindruckend. Das Zimmer war groß und passend zum alten Gemäuer eingerichtet. Leider keine Klimaanlage dafür ein Ventilator. Unser Hund konnte mit zum Frühstück und auch abends ins Restaurant. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Das Frühstück war in Ordnung.”

“Good location in the centre of Guernica near bars and tourist office. Room was pretty basic but adequate. Good, hot shower. The bottle of water and tea making facility was a nice touch.
Biggest issue was the check-in hassle. There is a note on the door to check-in at the bar next door....but the bar was shut. There were several numbers stuck on the bar windows but it wasn't clear which to use and there was no answer initially. Given my phone was nearly flat, it was a big stress I really didn't……
