“Very authentic looking and comfortable hobbit hole. Very peaceful property and having a coffee place next door is perfect.”

“Nice place, great communication. Comfortable beds. Could never get the WiFi to work on our phones, but there was good service there. A couple of small inconveniences, there were no extra paper towels and only 1 coffee filter for the drip machine. There was a French press in the pantry, so we made due. I’m sure if we’d have called they would have brought more paper towels and coffee filters. We didn’t call so not complaining.”

“While the inside space was very small, it was smartly stocked and arranged which made it a very enjoyable stay. The outside space was peaceful and spacious. Love this mini adventure”

“Quiet and Comfortable place to get away. But we would suggest that you bring a few groceries along, especially for breakfast…there isn’t a cafe in Ponca that serves breakfast. Other than that…it’s a great place to visit.”

“We loved it!! The home was beautiful and very clean. The beds were soo comfy!! We enjoyed the complimentary wine and various options for coffee! The location was perfect, with an amazing view of the hills and cows! We also stopped by Bob’s Burgers in Martinsburg, NE. So good! We loved the projector screen as well. The hot tub was AMAZING. The perfect temp and the jets worked well. You can tell this home was built with love and passion. Stephanie was amazing to work with and communication was……
