“Nice place and clean! A little expensive for what it was. I think there were renovations in other places of the barn - there was a bit of banging and noise during our stay, which was a little upsetting.”

“The house itself was cute and accommodating for our larger group. If your tall, you couldn't use the shower on the first floor, but we made do. The major unfortunate note, it smelled very strongly of stale cigarette smoke. It was extremely bad in the front first floor bedroom. Otherwise we had a good stay.”

“Very convenient to Cornell. Parking is free. Check in and out are hassel free. Apartment is very clean. Host was very helpful and provided all information and instructions clearly.”

“Perfect spot for a single or a couple with 2 pets (us). Nicely laid out. Only issue we had was the tough climb up the steps (in our late 60s though) and some sort of insects. (Not gross ones like roaches or anything like that) Would definitely stay again.”

“Beds were very comfortable.”

“Great location in an old home”

“This home was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The updated kitchen had plenty of good utensils, dishes and cookware. The hot tub was in excellent shape. The wifi was very good.Keep in mind that this is a very old, refurbished home that has the expected quirks which add charm - tight bathrooms, some slightly sloping wood floors, steep stairs. We would definitely consider staying here if we visit Ithaca again!”

“Immaculate, well stocked property. Easily accessible and comfortable. Perfect for our needs.”

“The property team was easy to get a hold of and work with.”

“This was exactly what we envisioned for a peaceful nature retreat while visiting Watkins Glenn. We were pleasantly surprised by the amenities on the property. Everything was as advertised and made for the perfect environment to relax.”

“This place is amazing, very clean with everything you need for a relaxing stay! Bryan was great and very attentive, We would highly recommend this place.”

“I cannot say enough good things about this stay! The place was immaculate! I loved that I could use the fire places to keep us warm and cozy. Christine was very responsive and added so many nice touches. I highly recommend adding on the second floor massage chairs and salt/light booth! My husband and I stayed here for our week vacation and it was great to hike to the local water falls then spend the evening relaxing. I will be looking to go back for some long weekends!”

“Everything was fantastic and as advertised. It was clean and comfortable, beautiful location, close to Ithaca, but not too close! Mary was easy to communicate with and we had no problems.”

“Super nice host! The place was clean and well decorated- a lot of space. Quiet neighborhood!”

“My family had a fabulous time at this property. The location was perfect and the home was very clean and spacious. There were a few minor quirks but the owner was very quick to respond to messages. These issues in no way impacted our stay. All in all, we would definitely stay at this home again!!”

“This was a wonderful place to stay for the Romulus - Wine Country - dog shows. The hosts included thoughtful accommodations for our dogs including a dog bed, poop bags, treats, a water bowl and leash. It’s very nicely laid out to make a comfortable homey feeling. We really enjoyed the little outdoor porch and fire pit. And the coffee bar. The beds were extremely comfortable. All the furniture was. I would love to stay here again.”
