"It was an all inclusive beautiful resort, had restaurants and pools. But the major difference between this resort and anywhere I have been was the customer service. It was so far above any I have seen. You felt like you were an important person as well as a family member. Kudos to a great staff !!"

"The staff at this resort were AMAZING! Good was what you would expect, but had a huge variety. Our room did have a moisture/mold problem but we were rarely in the room so we made it work. Room service were cleaning your room everyday and sometimes even twice a day, so you always came back to a clean room. Definitely recommend having enough cash on hand, as there’s no ATM on property. Remember to support the locals on the beach and purchase souvenirs from them! "
