“Comfortable clean modern well maintained cottage. Right next to Hotel. Host happy to answer questions. Would recommend if wanting to enjoy quiet mountains whilst visiting local area.”

“Property is clean with very well-mannered personnel attending to the property. Cozy, comfortable and delightful surroundings. Will come back again one day.”

“Great property and escape from Melbourne. We saw the vision behind the property and it materialised quite well.”

“Property is well maintained for its age, it was clean and in a great position near the river. Unfortunately the only shop in town has closed so you need to bring whatever you need. The Courthouse Hotel had good pub food and is a must to visit.”

“We had a nice stay at Jamieson cottages over a long weekend. The cottage has a cute rustic feeling to it, fitting with the area but don't expect 5 star finishes. It's in a great location in Jamieson, walking distance to the pub and river. ”

“Great place for us to stay for our event”

“The welcome was warm and authentic and while our 2 bedroom cabin was compact in size it was clean, warm and suitable for our needs. The property was very quiet with views over the lake. A very affordable option for off mountain accomodation during the ski season. Would happily stay again.”

“I really want to give 5 stars for this place- but unfortunately…,,,,The location and the house is stunning! But the let downs was the cleanliness. The spa was disgusting and had broken glass by the gate. Nearly every piece of cutlery, tray, plate and cup was dirty. No hand soap or dishwashing liquid. The first night no hot water. The fire pit is on a side of a hill- no chance for confit- and the house is 12 people- 3 double rooms 1 room with 4 bunks and a downstairs with 2 sofa beds. But no one……

“It was perfect for our few days away with our dog, to day trip around the area and surrounding towns. The polished concrete floors were a fantastic surface for our dog to walk on and to keep clean, also the yard areas were dog secure. Location is close and an easy walk to supermarket, main shopping strip & eateries. The double glazed windows were ideal in blocking out street noise. The heating was efficient and also used the wood fire place, if staying here BYO firewood/lighter. Overall clean,……

“The house was beautiful, very comfortable, and we really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was that we specifically booked this property because it was advertised as pet friendly. While the property itself certainly was, the neighbours clearly aren't as welcoming of dogs. We returned from going out to find a rather unpleasant letter stuck to the door after our dogs had barked while they were outside during the day. It left us feeling a little uncomfortable and detracted from an otherwise lovely……

“Great stay so close to shop, pub and cosy well equipped place to stay ”
