“The old concept of offering genuine “service with a smile” is a rare thing these days but is alive and well in the Coconut Grove Regency Hotel in Accra. From first contact, the standard of customer service was exceptional. A 2-hour flight delay late made us worry that the free hotel transport would be long gone but as we exited Accra’s brand spanking new Terminal 3, it was great to see our name on a board held by the Regency’s friendly and approachable driver. “Front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. Only thing missing was a bartender. He was off that night and we were only able to buy bottled beverages. Great location. Near the airport with shuttle provided and walking distance to Accra mall.”

“This hotel was very nice, I traveled here from the USA to visit a close friend. The hotel driver Kweku picked me up at the airport late at night, despite my flight being delayed. He was very friendly. There is a staff member positioned at the front gate to ensure your safety and that no unwanted vehicles enter. The girls at the front desk were very welcoming and checked on me several times throughout my stay to make sure I was happy with my room. I got the junior suite which was simple but nice.……
