A spacious bar top with seating for four, and a dining table with seating for four flows into the living room. The first floor includes a gas fireplace, furniture perfect for entertaining, a half bath, and a large screened-in porch. The first-floor porch allows access to a large patio equipped with a gas grill, gas fire pit, and outdoor seating. Finishing off the first floor is the master bedroom (KING) with an ensuite bath. The second floor is home to two guest bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and private bath. Both guest rooms have access to the shared balcony with a comfy bed swing, perfect for an afternoon nap and enjoying the fresh air. In addition, guests have access to The Cottages at Jekyll Island million dollar oceanfront amenities, which include Clubhouse with Billiard Table, Fitness Room, zero-entry pool, beach deck, and community fire pit.

THE COTTAGES BEACH ACCESS:
The Cottages beach is approximately 2000 linear feet and has a dune area and seawall that runs the length of the Cottages oceanfront property. There are 3 dune crossovers to the sand area landside of the seawall that are always accessible, and that area can be used for recreational purposes. The access to the beach over the seawall is centrally located at the pool & clubhouse. At high tide, the water is at the seawall. The tides change every 6 hours from low to high tide. A tide chart will help you plan your beach time. The nearest beach park with ocean access all day is Oceanview Beach Park, appx 2 miles south just past the Holiday Inn. You may view all Jekyll Beaches by visiting the Jekyll Island website under the Beaches tab.
