“This property looks like photos and is clean and has all the things you need. The location was easy for the holland tunnel. I would not recommend a car. While it does have street parking most days we’re very difficult to find a spot. It would be nice if the balcony was available for guests to use. The host was quick and responsive to all our needs and questions. ”

“Very nice property, the view of Manhattan is amazing from the rooftop! We really enjoyed staying here, and beds were comfortable. The house was clean, the only thing we experienced was a bit noisy on Wednesday night from an alarm going off at the factory behind the property.Friday night someone had a party with loud noise and Saturday night was mild noise, but it's expected in the city. I'd stay here again because of the views and comfort! The property manager was absolutely awesome, he stayed……

“Responsive host, very clean apartment. Nice neighborhood. The wall between the hall and apartment needs to be completed to the ceiling, towel racks are useless unless properly mounted. The biggest concern is the tenant gas no control over the AC we requested it be cooled to 72 and in a few hours it was done. The last morning the AC was back up to a higher temp. Not cool. We were granted an hour linger stay to wait for our car. As i said the owner was responsive. ”

“This property is exactly how it looks. The apartment was clean. There were fresh sheets and towels. Also an extra pillow and extra bkankets. The host left coffee and suger. Everything we needed was in the apartment for us. The host was easy to get in touch with. He was quick to answer questions. The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were very polite. I would definitely stay here again”
