“This chalet was perfect for our weekend get away, everything was just as I expected! The chalet was so clean, the bed was super comfy, the screened in porch was great, and the kitchen had some staples on hand (spices, half and half, coffee, butter…). My boyfriend loved using the fire pit at night when we’d get back to the chalet from a day exploring and during the daytime I loved all the little outside details, wild, native flowers everywhere, and cute birdhouses sprinkled around the property.……

“Leslie and Emily are two amazing women. When we first showed up, we weren’t sure but they showed us around property and as we got to know them and the property as they are very hands on and they are great people. The water tube bed in the Richard Glamp was interesting to sleep on; I did great my husband not so much. Only writing this so you know. “This home is a history lesson. Built more than 100 years ago, you see hand-hewn beams supporting the second floor, floors made up of varying-width boards, rooms large enough for their intended purpose without empty space. We were both intrigued and overwhelmed by the vast differences in home building then and now. That era saw families and neighbors coming together to fill a need. Everyone pitched in, bringing whatever expertise they had, to get the job done. All of the basics are provided,……
