“We recently stayed at this townhouse and overall found it to be a convenient location, just a short drive from Niagara Falls. The home was spacious and accommodated our group well, and having a washer and dryer on site was a helpful convenience during our stay, though we were also asked to load the washer with used towels before checkout, which was a bit unexpected.

“Main level and upstairs to use; the basement door had a "do not enter" sign. No laundry accessible.
Theres 3 rooms, a small sofa and a chair - this does not accurately accommodate 8 people.
Breakfast was provided both days of the stay, unsure if it was meant to feed all individuals but it did not.

Host only reached out to inquire about the cleaning fee and once paid, they were no longer receptive to messages.

“We spent two nights at Falcon Cottages during our family trip to Niagara-on-the-Lake, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The check-in process was smooth and well-organized — the welcome center provided car tags for both our vehicles without any issue, and the door code and cottage number were sent to us in advance, which made arrival stress-free after a long drive from Toronto.
