“This condo is really is close to the ocean. Swimming pool just feet from the condo patio surrounded by a lawn with lounge chairs and BBQs for your use, then a sea wall. You can hear the waves breaking, but can't see them unless you stand on the sea wall. There is no sand beach close by, but if you walk to the end of the street, Haycraft park is there with nice sand beaches. If you sit on the patio the air conditioner is all you will hear when it is running. The condo is older and not well……
