“It is as described, basic amenities, easily heated in winter, would be hot in summer.Comfortable beds. Friendly dog, chickens and goats. As noted by others, unsignposted, unlit rough track to property: 1.5 kms. Arriving after sunset on a wet winter night wasn’t pleasant, and the rain overnight made me worry about how it would be in the morning. The explanation that the hosts don’t want people to find them seems very odd when it is an income producing exercise and not an obvious target for theft.……

“Clean, cute, very welcoming”

“Very spacious, modern and well set out. Very sunny and warm. Excellent for a family, with large bedrooms and three bathrooms and the water opposite, although very tidal. There is room for children to play on the section as well as the grassed area by the beach with a playground further along. Everything was very clean and I particularly liked the idea of a separate TV lounge. All the furniture was very comfortable, and all the artwork was a delight. The dairy was close as was a cafe just along……

“Absolutely loved our stay here in the log cabin, hosts were amazing, great communication. Look forward to returning another time. Thanks”

“The house is gorgeous, really nice view and very well thought out, really spacious and clean. Very open bright to and great area outside for the kids to play. The host was very responsive with messaging as well. Very much enjoyed our stay”

“Neighbourhood and neighbours were great. Felt secured. Great cooking gear and utensils, aircon only downstairs but that’s fine heaters were supplied. I think an upgrade with bedsheets would be great the sickest beds had fresh doona but queen I was sneezing a lot. Bathroom vent needs a clean .washer dryer- was a bit difficult to get clothes dry put thru dryer 4 hrs still wasn’t dry but the heated hanger was great ! Overall pretty good place- we’re repeating customers so we’re ok with it”

“A great place to stay. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was very comfortable and well maintained. There was one issue for us - the bed has a wooden frame and base which squeak loudly every time you move in the bed. We used ear plugs the second night. Overall though it was excellent and we would stay again. The owner was very friendly and helpful.”

“The house was very clean and well taken care of. It was perfect for our group, it had everything we needed. Jafar made sure we had all check in information and made it easy for us. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.”

“Beautiful stay ”
