“In all honesty, I have never been to a hotel where all the staff were so kind, generous, hard-working, accommodating and hospitable. The front desk, lobby staff, catering team, house-keeping and pool deck—every person was absolutely wonderful that I was deeply moved. It left such a powerful impression on me. I got a strong sense that the hotel was a team effort.
Due to an unfortunate turn of luck, I got sick on the first day and spent most of the duration of my stay bedridden or on the deck……
