“Location is so good! It only take around 10 mins to go Old Town by foot.However, the facility inside the room is worn. The shower door couldn’t close properly. And the bathroom light was flashing. Communicated efficiently via Expedia messaging system to get access to luggage storage and had expected to receive codes for the room via the same channel. “Lovely room and very helpful staff. The room was so big and spacious and not what we were expecting so it was a very pleasant surprise! It all smelt amazing too, excellent location to main square, the staff were super as we needed a pharmacy late at night and the gentleman found one and told us how to get there so appreciated that! Overall excellent new hotel!”
