Very clean and beautiful condo. Love sitting on balcony in the mornings. Only complaint is internet is very spotty and phone calls dropped a lot, making it very difficult to make phone calls home .You Have to stand by a window, better in mornings.I know this is not condo owners fault. It was just very frustrating at times. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone, the property is absolutely beautiful. The beach has lots of chairs to sit and relax. Will come again. Had a very comfortable stay- unit is well furnished and comfortable. Location is close to supermarket, restaurants but is still private given resort’s grounds. Pool was fun.Communication was very easy with management.Kitchen had excellent range of utensils and appliances.We missed having beach towels/ chairs/ snorkeling gear that we are used to having when staying in rentals in Hawaii. Overall, a very comfortable stay.

Wife’s 40th bday

Everything was good. The kitchen tile floors need deep cleaning. My baby was crawled in the area and top of his feet where black after.

Beautiful condo and resort

The condo and resort were very nice. Very clean and the kitchen was stocked full of all items needed for meal prep. Check in could be improved as we did not receive door code until we contacted the property manager. Also we did not receive an access code to the pool area.

Kapaa Kauai Family Fun

Our kiddos loved the pool, slide, hot tub, and atmosphere of the Waipouli Resort. We loved the central location being within approximately 40 minutes of the north and south side of the island. We will definitely be back! Mahalo for the wonderful stay.

Just ok

The room was fine. I would say it is about the same quality as a Marriott Courtyard. Clean and comfortable but not luxurious. We really picked this property for the central location and the pool. This property allows its employees and locals to use the pool. It was very obvious by over hearing conversations that they were just that. The problem is that causes the pool area and the slides to be very busy. That was a huge disappointment.

Best Place to Stay in Kauai

I love staying at the Waipouli Beach Resort when I am in Kauai! The grounds are immaculately maintained. We love the pool, grills, koi feeding, and amazing plants on the property. We stayed in unit B202. It was so nice to have 2 king beds. It was also nice to have plenty of laundry detergent, trash bags, tp, tissues, and even grinders of salt and pepper. You can see the ocean from the unit as well as the beautiful pool area. The beds are comfortable and the unit is quiet. Other family members stayed at other resorts and houses in Kapaa, but this property was definitely the best. Can't wait to return!

Great for young ones

The pool area was fairly shallow (like 3.5 feet at the deepest) which allowed strong young (8 yo) swimmers plenty to do. Location is good for getting to see the whole island and getting to east side activities. Room was great, clean, spacious and well maintained. Ocean was very rough our trip, but gorgeous.

Amazing stay!

We loved our stay at Waipouli resort. The unit was gorgeous, the views of the pool area and ocean were amazing.? It’s a great location for exploring the whole island. The reservation process was easy and access instructions spot on. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a great time. The location was perfect, only about 15 minutes from the airport. There were two grocery stores located across the street that made it real convenient if we wanted to grill. The only difficulty that we had was that the internet was very slow and wouldn't connect sometimes. I would highly recommend this place and I would definitely go back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very please with our stay. The unit was clean, well appointed and spacious. We did have an issue with the ice maker, and the management were able to address it. The resort itself is lovely, and ideally located while traveling with a toddler--close to groceries, Lydgate beach and playground, and an easy drive to the north or south parts of the island. We will definitely return and will highly recommend Kauai Exclusive and Waipouli Beach resort to friends and family.

Awesome condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was great. But in need of a few repairs screens on the faucets, the mattresses seem to be a little warn down and would have been nice to have high speed internet as the Waipolie wireless didn't work very well. Overall the condo was clean and in a great location!

Best Accommodations, Great Staff, planning return visit!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Patrick at Kauai Exclusive was great to work with! Started off with a ton of research and trying to find the best place on the island to stay. We settled in on Waipouli Beach Resort for a number of reasons, location (Central point on the island to go north or south), Price, and amenities (Pool and slides. Didnt even know about the restaurant Oasis on site, till we arrived) Started the booking process with Patrick, but unfortunately the owner of the unit rented it at the same time for the time that we were booking for. Patrick stepped up immediately and booked us a better unit (Ground floor, facing the beach, and 2 bedroom instead of 1), for the exact same price! Did I mention it was our honeymoon? Patrick and Kauai Exclusive stepped up big time and made it an awesome honeymoon. The unit was wonderful, spacious, and near the entrance, and the pool (Stepped of the lanai and into the pool area.) The full kitchen gave us the ability to cook if we wanted, and we made breakfast almost every day. Supermarket across the street. Perfect location for getting around the island, and the onsite restaurant "Oasis" came highly recommended by locals. They said "Best Mai Tai's on the Island" and they were right! (Highly recommend reservation!) the food was one of the best meals we had as well. We cant wait to book our anniversary return trip in a couple years. And you can bet on us staying at Waipouli Beach Resort again! I wish I could write more about the resort and our stay, but it limits me to 2000 characters.
