A male staff help me to register membership , I stays over 30 days Holiday inn in the pass few year in different country. No staff proactive help me register the membership. “We only stayed one night, but the location was convenient. Tara at the reception desk was cheerful, friendly and efficient; the room was clean, although the carpet could do with a cleaning. The bedding and towels were crisp and clean. The beds were a little soft for us, but were otherwise comfortable and the pillows were very comfortable. The complementary breakfast was also tasty and adequate for our needs. Overall a good impression of this hotel.”
