A modern, fully equipped villa with private pool & clear view to the Aegean blue, will offer you unforgettable moments of relaxation.  
The spacious swimming pool area is the ideal place to enjoy your favorite drink, while gazing upon the magnificent sunsets of Kea!  
The atmosphere is idyllic: romantic beaches, sparkle gold sand & clear blue sky will take your breath away  
The area has everything you might need for a fancy or a leisurely vacation: restaurants, bars, taverns etc.  
Free Wifi & parking.  
  
The Space:  
A villa, only 1km from the beach with a swimming pool, offering unparalleled views of the endless blue, and combining luxury and attention to detail, will offer you a unique experience.  
  
The maisonette features an open-plan space with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a lounge area which can be transformed into a cozy sleeping area and two modern designed bathrooms.  
On the upper floor, you will find the kitchen, a lounge area and a bathroom, while on the level below you will find three bedrooms, a lounge area and a WC.   
  
The first bedroom features a cozy double bed, and gives access to the spacious veranda of the property. The second bright bedroom features two cozy single beds, and offers great views to the Aegean! Two more guests can be hosted in the lounge, which features a double bed that is separated from the rest of the area.  
  
The spacious swimming pool area is the ideal place to relax, while gazing the sun or while enjoying your favourite drink under the shady corners.  
The location of the property is an ideal place for all travellers looking for a vacation in a relaxing environment or those who want to discover the interesting landscapes of Kea, or perhaps combine all these activities.

A dreamy property, only 1km from the beach, located in an ideal spot to explore Kea, with cozy environment and modern style, that can comfortably host a big family or a big group of friends, will offer you unforgettable moments.   
The property is located in Kea, an island with cosmopolitan style and a sense of seclusion, which make the area one of the most magical places in Greece.  
The villa is the perfect starting point to getting to know Kea, an ideal destination for those wishing to combine a relaxing and refreshing holiday with a multi-activity area and a vivid nightlife. Get ready to explore the area, which is known for its lacy sandy coasts and its dreamy views.  
Close to the property you will be able to explore other famous cosmopolitan beaches such as Platia Ammos Beach (2km), Xila beach(2.3km), Mavrampeli beach(8km), Kalamitsi (9km), Vroskopos Beach (9.5km).  
The port of Kea is only 2.5km away. In the same distance, you will find shops for your daily shopping, delicacies, bakeries, pharmacies, traditional taverns and restaurants where you will taste local flavours. There are also many cafés with a special character.  
  
Getting Around:  
Tzia or Kea is just an hour away from Lavrio (by boat) as it is the closest inhabitable Cycladic island to Athens.  
  
The area has many attractions and the best way to visit them is the car!  
You will be able to enjoy all the beautiful beaches of the area and the tourist attractions.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
Korissia is famous for the traditional taverns, the local restaurants and the clubs with vivid nightlife. In Korissia you will also find s/m for your daily shopping, ATMs and pharmacies.
