“I would advice everyone to hate a stay there it’s a beautiful environment ”

“Mr. Baffour and his team especially Ebenezer were awesome. I stayed at this residence for about 21 days. From check-in to check-out, everything was just perfect. Mr. Baffour made sure to answer all our questions and were very respectful to my family. They made us feel comfortable and enjoyed our stay in Ghana even though we were grieving our lost mother at the time. “It is serviced rooms rather than a hotel, so there is no bar or restaurant on site. Your can order drinks/food from reception, but they will get it from local restaurants. Rooms are clean, but room service did not come during my two-night stay. They are spacious but there only is a tiny window, and the air con is loud and drips on the bedroom floor. When the power goes down (several times during my stay), the air con does not restart when the power returns. Overall it's way overpriced, much……

“You book with Hotel.com and pay in advance. Then the hotel tells you they don’t have those rooms available. So there is extra to pay. Then they say they haven’t received money from Hotels.com so I was asked to pay them. Naturally I refused to pay twice. Eventually they agreed I should just pay the extra. After wasting a whole morning of trying to sort out this fiasco, I reluctantly paid the extra. The room had a balcony. Unfortunately the door to this had been left open for numerous mosquitos to……

“PRICE WAS VERY GOOD, STAFF ARE FRIENDLY, FOOD IS GOOD. HOWEVER, THE FIRST TIME I STAYED THERE, THE TV IN THE ROOM WAS NOT WORKING SO WE LEFT EARLY. THE SECOND TIME, TV WAS FINE. THE ROAD TO THE HOTEL IS NOT PAVED AND THEREFORE NOT GOOD BUT THIS IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HOTEL BUT THE GOVERNMENT. OVERALL, I LIKE THE PEOPLE THERE. I WILL BE STAYING THERE AGAIN. ”
