“Our first visit to Austria and we fell in love with it. The stunning scenery in any weather was breathtaking at every angle. The facilities were faultless and staff were very welcoming and friendly without exception. The food was more like 5 star especially the dessert by Chloe who clearly was well trained in Paris which were heavenly.Kristina welcomed us with a personal and genuine explanation of the hotel and room. The views, spa and events were also faultless. It's the best hotel we have……

“Clean and comfortable with just the most amazing views of mountains and countryside. We loved it. The hot water was only warm though, not a big thing but tricky to find anybody to ask and when we left we also struggled to find anybody or a way in. Would we stay again? YES, YES, YES”

“设备陈旧，房间有股味道，入住的时候凳子上有一个脚印，浴室洗澡设计有问题，洗澡水大量溅出，浴缸不能去水。”

“帶陽台的房間正對著湖，風景優美，出行方便，走2-3分鐘就有汽車站，早餐普普通通，整個湖邊都很大一個牛糞的味道。房間沒有熱水壺提供，問前台借了一個，感覺不太乾淨”

“離火車站步行五分鐘可達，職員提供旅遊卡可免費乘車到天鵝堡，購天鵝堡票亦有折扣，亦很專業地講解市內遊覽位置，介紹逛聖誕市集。房間干淨舒適，早餐豐富，但價錢較貴。”

“Booked a room for two and it offered a double bunk bed with a sofa below which was quite cozy. The room was not big but clean and the wifi was good. The shared toilet and bathroom was also in good condition with hair dryer provided in female toilet. Ten minutes walk from train station. Just one remark: no check-in before 4pm and the host was not there too so you could not leave your luggage there in advance.”

“Waren mit unserer acht Monate alten Tochter da. Der Pool war super, es gab draußen Kaninchen, Enten und Ziegen zu sehen und natürlich eine tolle Landschaft. Hatten das Familienzimmer mit Balkon und Bergblick. Im Restaurant gab es immer Platz und genug Hochstühle. Das Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend, etwas mehr Obst und Gemüse wäre aber noch schön. ”

“Das Zimmer war sehr klein und äußerst einfach gehalten, aber für eine Nacht ausreichend. Das Frühstück ist keine 12,90 € wert.”
