“Beautiful property! Smaller than anticipated!”

“The place was great. The bed was comfortable. A washer and dryer. Good internet. The only issue for me is that the neighborhood is a bit rough. As long as you have a good sense of personal security, it is fine. If you are a fearful person, this place might be a challenge for you.”

“Comfortable and convenient- host was extremely responsive and house was perfect. No complaints and no concerns.”

“We’re a family of five (older kids - small kids would suffer) so the quarters were tight, especially with one bathroom but the point of the place is to have a place to sleep in a city with plenty to do. I wouldn’t call this a luxury apartment as there were many missing finishing touches (there were still factory stickers on the kitchen window, the microwave is too small for its space, the bathroom mirror/light combo is…an interesting choice) and there isn’t really much “flop room” in a common……

“We chose the original Roami property because of its proximity to the convention center where my wife was attending a conference. Location was a material factor in our booking, made 5 months in advance. On check-in day, while I was traveling during a flight layover, Roami informed me of a maintenance issue with our unit and offered another property. I asked about a closer option and was told this was the nearest and only available alternative. With limited time to research, we accepted in good……

“Personally I wouldn’t do it again. The space was clean and worked for our short work trip. I never write reviews but I want to make it clear to others that the 2 bedroom unit has doors that once opened up directly to the outside the main entry for everyone. All three nights there was a homeless man sleeping directly outside that door, and as two young women in a new place it was concerning. The door inside the hallway that connects to other units is also right next to the front door, so every……

“The price and cleanliness was good but no parking was available in front of the house and someone was running around upstairs for a while starting at 3 am. So my sleep was constantly disturbed”

“We did enjoy our stay. The washer and dryer was a plus. Beds were soft. Living area clean. Coffee pot avaiable, so bring your own coffee. We would stay here again. A little pricey in general, but with that being said, I believe we got more for our our money compared to other hotels in the same area that were even more expensive than Ironworks. Public parking was 30 dollars a day, instead of 45 dollars a day at the other hotels. Ironworks coffeehouse coffee was delicious. The location from the……

“Beautiful house, very clean, friendly host! Area felt safe and very walkable. Highly recommend!”
