Only online, by phone or self serve communication. I think they said it was “contactless”. That was not clear to me When I made the reservation. I was a little panicked because we had lots of luggage and arrived earlier in the day before check in time. We figured we’d just leave our bags with the bellman. Well…. No……

“This is a great hotel that is close to all the tourist spots without being right next to them. Everything is within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful and there was a nice breakfast served each morning. We had a room with a hot tub and it was worth it after a long day of wandering the city. I would definitely stay here again next time we are in Athens. ”
