“The backyard has a nice setup. Turf for the pets to use, the fireplace should have instructions and rocks in it. Ceiling fans in the rooms would be nice, maybe some shutters or tint the bathroom windows. The plants are a bit much for me. Having a plant on the night stand in the master next to the bed, or on the counter in the master bathroom. I brought my mother to meet my buddies daughter, and having her mad me wish the house had chair height toilets, ones that are ADA approved. Overall a……

“Communication was great! The location was easy to find with enough parking right in front of the house. The AC units worked great and we were comfortable the entire time. Loved the two escape ladders as a precaution; we obviously didn’t need to use them but that peace of mind was great. I would easily book again without any reservations! Water pressure in the shower was fine and the fire pit was nice. There are horses right next door, which did smell a bit depending on the wind. But that was not……

“We had a great stay here for a weekend getaway! Only thing I’d have to say is the neighbors were having an argument that was loud enough to hear from across the street that made it hard to relax outside. Tho this is totally out of the host’s control and probably not a reoccurring event, they are great host and it’s a cozy place to stay. There was no a/c that I was aware of so it does get a bit toasty during the summer months but they do provide a box fan which helped keep us more comfortable at……
