Ideally situated at the bustling intersection of Truman Ave. and Duval St., this cheery rental boasts walking access to all of the island's best attractions and entertainment. Just around the corner from must-see Hemingway Home and Museum, you'll be just a block from the Key West Lighthouse and of course, Duval Street's famous bars and nightlife.

Perfect for solo travelers and couples on the go, this tidy studio is a great home base for exploring. A coffee station, mini-fridge, and microwave provide easy convenience for morning coffee and quick snacks while a cable-equipped smart TV provides modern in-home entertainment. A window-mounted AC unit provides cooling comfort after days of sun and fun.

Clean but Inconvenient - $40/day Parking
The unit is tiny but the remodel was very well done. The ceiling is so low that I chunked my head when I woke up at night to roll over so I wound up sleeping at a 45 degree angle and putting my son on the couch to avoid further bruises. The bathroom is very nice for a small unit and the AC cools well. AC unit is loud enough to drown out the KW roosters that start at 1am but not loud enough to drown out the bass of party vehicles cruising Duval street late into the night/morning. Overall, these issues were expected and acceptable considering the price but the major concern was that there is no parking and not even a place to unload. Street parking is $40 daily and there isn’t a place to unload at the house as the small driveway serving multiple units is listed as “owner parking” off of a main road. So you’ll park over on Duval where it’s quite sketchy at night and have to haul luggage across traffic a pretty decent little walk. This place is perfect a college age person or young couple who is looking for a cheap/clean place with quick access to Duval St and plans to take an UBER from the airport.

We are staying here again!
This was the best rental property my wife and I have stayed at. We have utilized rental properties in many different States and also Key West previously but this property was perfect in every way. To top it off, the Vacasa team (specifically Justin) were accomodating, friendly and made our stay first rate. If you are planning a stay in the keys with your spouse/partner and simply want a great place to sleep and use as a "home" base of operations between sight seeing and enjoying all that Key Est offers, you cannot go wrong.

Perfect for one or two
Small but efficient … if you just want a place to lay your head, it’s perfect. If you’re a taller person, the bedroom area & bathroom may be a tight squeeze for you.
