The bed is super comfortable, air conditioning works great, the studio has nice privacy, overall a really comfortable and welcoming place to stay. Vlose to some great places to check out. “Amazing location literally in the heart of Duval. Host communication was excellent. Will definitely book with them again. If you are a light sleeper and like to go to bed before midnight this may not be the place for you.”

“Listed as a 4 people space, it is actually decent for 2. There is no storage space for clothing. Just a small cabinet that is full of linens for the beds. The entire property is not kept up with maintenance. The Claude Monet room is very tight and the “sofa bed” is horrible. Very uncomfortable and makes the space even smaller. The kitchen is not equipped for 4 people ( knives, forks, spoons, plates…). There is no space or a table to eat inside in case of rain. It is not an apartment/ studio. It...

“The photo in the listing is not of the subject unit. The unit is in the side of the one in the photo. It was perfect for two people and a great, centralized location. Coffee shops right down the street for easy access in the mornings. The pool was a nice reprieve from the heat and craziness of Duval in the afternoons. The bed was very comfortable! The bath was a good size with a large shower. The only negative I had was I felt like the couch and living room chairs could use a refresh but those...

“The best thing about this property is location. Short walk to everything - short walk to Sloppy Joes. It is overpriced for the accommodations but you pay for location. ”
