“The team for this property is second to none. They provided clear communication, answered all of my questions, and provided shuttle service to and from the airport. They would also provide shuttle service during our stay if we gave them a heads up. The room and pool were clean. It was nice after a long day to relax in that pool. The kitchen we didn’t really utilize much but appeared to be well stocked if you wanted to prepare some meals. There’s an under the counter refrigerator to keep things cold. “The location of the unit was perfect for us. It was within easy walking distance of everything that was needed. We didn't use the hot tub, but it looked to be very nice. The staff was very accommodating and helped us with our various needs. The only thing that would have made our stay any more comfortable was having a chair in the room. The only place to relax was the bed and that got a little uncomfortable after 5 days! This was probably our last trip to Key West and it certainly was memorable!...
