“This is a basement apartment and is extremely noisy. You can hear the foot traffic and conversations as if they are standing next to you. Also it appears they were having some sort of event which made it worse.”

“We absolutely loved staying at the Beachcomber Suite. Tucked away off the main road, with a massive screened porch to enjoy the country side and gardens. It was cosy, clean, well appointed. The shower was amazing. We had a multi-course dinner at Sassafras on the water which was right up the road, 3 minutes away on the water front. “The use of recycled wood on the interior makes this place gorgeous on the inside. The location can’t be beat. I can’t give this a high rating because this is not for most Sr citizens or people that are physically challenged. You have to climb up a ladder to go to bed. This was not clear in the photos of the property. My wife ended up on a couch. Had they been more transparent about the layout, I probably would’ve stayed elsewhere.”

“Gorgeous house with a touching story that continues today. The hosts were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. No problem bringing my pets. The room was clean and large with its own large bathroom. Getting to meet the animals was a joy. I would prioritize booking here again if it's available in the future.”

“Was perfect for just husband and wife, one night stay to check out all the little shops, bars, restaurants (mostly in Havre de Grace) No kitchen really just fridge, microwave, keurig coffee (not a fan of that coffee) but was a really nice coffee shop within walking distance. David, the host was good about getting back to us. But we shouldn’t have had to ask questions regarding the remote……
