“This little place was finished and decorated very beautifully. The snacks and appliances and kitchen supplies were amazing. We are able bodied but I want to point out that the bedrooms are all upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs. Our host was awesome and answered any questions promptly. We would book again.”

“We had a very disappointing experience with this VRBO rental. Before our stay, we unfortunately had a death of a horse and needed to cancel. The host declined our request and only offered a 50% refund, which put us in a difficult position. Since we couldn’t recover most of our money, we decided to go ahead with the trip anyway. Upon arrival, the cleanliness of the home was far below expectations. There were dishes in the drying rack on the counter. Newspapers all over the counter. Dirty sponge……

“Positives: property manager was responsive to questions, the game room offered fun for our whole group (adults and teenagers), beds were comfortable, massage chairs as well as hit tub offered relaxation, living room had lots of seating and a huge TV.Downsides (none of these were deal breakers for our stay but these are the reasons I did not rate the house as 5/5 stars): the house itself clearly has some wear and tear - there are some gashes in the walls, marks on walls, some curtain rods coming……
