“Absolutely loved our stay at this property! The location was a big part of that. The house is located in a quiet, more residential part of PCB, but also just a stone's throw from the beach, and with a supermarket just around the corner. The place was spotless, the beds super comfy and it had all the amenities we needed for a lovely week at the beach. Definitely recommend this place!”

“Efficient convenience ”

“Great little place decorated very cute and fun. Just about 3 blocks from Laguna Beach. All the amenities including an all-in-one washer dryer that was kind of hard to figure out. Nice beds, great little kitchen. Would definitely recommend and we would stay there again.”

“This condo was awesome! Pictures are spot on! All beds were extremely comfortable. Plenty of towels, extra blankets, kitchenware, and utensils. If you plan on cooking and possibly having leftovers, there isn’t any Tupperware, so I would bring some with you. I did notice towards the end of the week, there were carts in the garage…maybe preparing for spring break…that would have been helpful when we got there, so we didn’t have to walk across the street, get a cart, walk back over, unload, then……

“Your condo was great! Please know that I spent years designing bathrooms for special needs individuals. Having said that it would be helpful to advise everyone to use footwear (sandals, tongs,...), that tub bottom is very slick when showering. Again nice place, thank you. We may come again in the future.”

“Great location, nice layout. However the unit is a bit tired, and some serious cleaning of fixtures is needed. Unit was in the process of being sold, amd we were told that the purchaser planned on repainting. hopefully the cleaning crew will be more diligent . Overall the area and development is very good.”

“Had a good time”

“I was there from March 19th- April 20th and my room was only cleaned twice. The two times were on Wednesday and Friday if the same week. I was scheduling my stays weekly the shortest reservation was fir 5 days. The remainging reservations were 7 or 8 days. I had requested numerous times to get housekeeping services but it never happened. One of those weeks i was woken up at 10:20 pm and was told that my card had been declined. I had prepaid the reservation ut the person at the front desk was……

“Enjoyed our stay. The condo was in great condition and had necessary utensils we needed. We had a 21st floor one bedroom unit (I heard the higher the better). Great views. Check in was smooth until we had to talk to the concierge. We had read the reviews that noted this pushy concierge tactic. Luckily- We ended up spending two minutes with her as we told her that we are members with Hilton Grand Vacations and have no interest in another time-share condo affiliation.
