“The restaurant staff could do with some additional training on service. Food was brought separately so some had to start & finish before others started. Additionally, the food was just placed on the table for us to figure out whose food was whose. Waitress had to call others to help her use the card machine. They kept passing us to close windows & turned off lights without the courtesy to be excused etc. We had to wait over an hour for our room to be ready. Concierge staff was very kind &……
