“Pro Charming traditional property, close to attractions, authentic beautiful traditional interior, great bathroom, host is nice and service is good. No complaints what so ever Cons Overall property is a bit rustic, Not many common areas to lounge in so mainly confirmed to room or breakfast room, common areas a bit rustic could made made more beautiful, no option for lunch/ dinner in house. ”

“Nice and cozy rooms, location were right at the center of the Bukhara old town, most of the attractions were in walking distance, very nice. The room price were very reasonable, for its price, the service provided is exceptional.”

Staff were very helpful - I was allowed to choose my room, which was a real treat. Breakfast was a real treat - lots of options, and a pleasant dining experience. Cons: Some of the structure shows some wear and is in need of upgrading. Nothing major, but things like detached trim, wear spots, etc. Not their fault, but a lot of construction going on in the neighborhood. ……

“ブハラ観光の拠点、ラビハウズのすぐ近くにある大型高級(?)ホテル。 赤絨毯が敷かれた階段を上り、ホテルに入ると豪華なフロントがあり、ジェントルマンがゆっくり丁寧な英語でチェックイン手続きを進めてくれる。 部屋は広く、海外のホテルでは珍しく歯ブラシがあったり、寝巻きが用意されているため、日本のビジネスホテルの感覚で宿泊できる。部屋以外には、(利用していないが)プールやunder the moon barなど、リゾートホテルのような施設もある。 また、朝食会場も非常に豪華絢爛。メニューは少ないが、目の前でオムレツを焼いてくれたり、温かいおかずがあったり、朝食としては十分な内容。 ウズベキスタンを再訪することはないかもしれないが、再訪することがあればもう一度宿泊したい。 ※ただ、日本の基準では考えられないトラブルもある。 宿泊中に経験したのは①朝、起きると停電していた、②シャワーを浴びていると急に湯が出なくなった。 あくまでも、ウズベキスタン基準で非常に快適なホテルだと認識していただきたい。”

“This is a family run establishment and they're lovely - the service is excellent (they went above and beyond to help us sort out an issue with train tickets), breakfast is very good (they have an espresso machine). I'd stay there again.”

“Staff is very helpful. The air company cancel the flight that I need for going home. The hotel staff helps me to talk with the air company and rearrange a flight for me. Also, the staff introduces something interesting in Buhara and makes me enjoy my travel here.”

“Excellent choice for visiting Bukhara. Location is good for all sights and amenities.. just don't let them give you room 101, it's right next to reception and you get the noise of all coming and going in the evening plus the early risers for breakfast.(They did not get my Orwellian pun)”
