"I had to stay 4 days for a business trip during F1 Weekend. The hotel is really old and it's not comfortable at all. Besides that, the people managing the front desk is really nice and helpful. "

"The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is a bit far from the main part of town but uber/taxis were plentiful. "

"The residences are next to the hotel. The area has been renovated nicely and the residences are also beautiful with high quality finishes.
A few negatives:
- no coat hanger
- light switches are not the most convenietly placed
Otherwise this is a beautiful hotel and would return anytime "

"We stayed here for a few nights, and couldn’t ask more of an experience. Not only was the hotel clean and welcoming, it was gorgeous. Located right on bus and tram lines, it was very easy to get around the city as visitors new to the area. Would definitely recommend and stay here again."

"Nice clean tidy hotel.Charging for smaller items such as a bottle of water seems very mean.,then insisting on cash to pay for it as well as the breakfast was a real pain. The breakfast was actually very nice but finding the cash an unnecessary."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was so warm and helpful. The rooms were a good size, comfortable and clean. The only issue that we had that it was a bit noisy at night. Our room was towards the front of the hotel and we heard sirens, the tram cars, cars and car horns throughtout the night making it a bit difficult to sleep."
"It was really great choice, the neighborhood is nice and quite and walking distance from the big part that was amazing. I love the swimming pool which is hard to find in Europe hotel, perfect for the last day with little Jacuzzi and sauna! Highly recommended for everyone :)"
"Very modern and spacious room. The area is very convenient for discovering Budapest by foot. The tram stops are nearby to take you to all the sites. Couple of convenience stores just around the corner. We loved it!"

"The property clean and tidy with modern rooms and facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great choice at breakfast and nice quality food. The 24hr bar and mini shop seems quite a unique idea"
"Overall, we had a great 3 nights, breakfast each morning was was included and lots to
Choose from (buffet style) and was good
and included in our booking, easy access to Keleti Train Station (5 mins walk), clean and looks like it was renovated, bathroom tub/shower should be hard for some with accessibility needs or older travellers, as it’s a good step up into the bath. "
"Nicely renovated apartments, includes little kitchen and fully equipped bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Location is very good beside metro station and shopping opportunities. Improvement could be more TV channel choices and laundry in the building."
