Este complejo frente al mar en Poipu Beach Kauai, cuenta con increíbles vistas cercanas del océano, a menos de 100 yardas del océano y a menos de 5 minutos a pie de una increíble playa segura para niños. Camine hasta tiendas y restaurantes y muchas otras tiendas geniales en Kukuiula Village y otros centros cercanos. Este clásico complejo boutique es tranquilo y muy relajante. La piscina con vista al mar es tan tranquilizadora que es posible que no quieras salir del resort, pero estarás tan cerca de todo es una gran ventaja. Nuestra unidad tiene una calificación de cinco estrellas y es lo suficientemente grande como para dormir 4, los dos baños hacen que este alojamiento sea muy deseable. Exactly as described, great

This place was spacious, clean, conveniently located and the property management could not have been nicer to work with. The complex felt private and quiet and not over crowded at all, but also right next to everything. Highly recommend!

EXCELLENT FOR OUR 25TH ANNIVERSARY!

This was our first time to Kauai and we could not have chosen a better condo to stay for our 25th Anniversary! Everything was excellent and the location perfect for all that we planned! The host was gracious in giving suggestions for things to do during our 10 days being on the island. So many great sites, restaurants and things to do as well as walks on the beach and lounging by the sparkling pool! Thank you so much and we already want to come back for even longer!

Best VRBO ever!

Perfection in Kauai

We’ve discovered our dream retreat in Kauai within the embrace of this VRBO condo. Both the owner and the property management team were not only responsive but an absolute joy to interact with. Nestled in the perfect spot in Poipu, this condo gifted us with breathtaking sunset views, enchanting whale sightings, and proximity to our beloved beaches and scenic walks. Whether it’s strolling to shops and restaurants or indulging in a round of golf, everything is conveniently within reach. The unit itself is a haven of comfort, thoughtfully appointed with renovated bathrooms that exude loveliness. The bed is a cocoon of relaxation, and the kitchen, equipped with everything one could possibly desire in terms of kitchenware, truly enhances the overall experience. We’re already looking forward to the next chapter of our Kauai adventures, with hopes of securing this haven once again. A heartfelt Mahalo for crafting a truly delightful experience during our time in Kauai.

Wonderful location and view

It was my first trip to Kauai and I couldn't have gotten luckier. The condo is in a great location across the street from the beach. Watching the sunset from the balcony every night was magical. The unit is quite large and has everything you need, too.

Fabulous experience

Owners thought of everything that vacationers would want and need, even if they didn’t know it! Slight disappointment that second bathroom was under renovation. Some deep cleaning and carpet shampooing should be considered. But overall experience was incredible!

Love the location

Beautiful grounds with a great pool, stunning view and convenient to beaches and other activities. The owner was helpful, fair and sent lovely flowers for our anniversary! The unit is due for some updates (which they are working on) but nothing that took away from our trip!

Beautiful

Beautiful views from a perfect location. Convenient to beaches and restaurants but far enough away from the crowds. Rooms were surprisingly large and had a nice tradewind breeze. Easily the nicest decorated rental we ever stayed in- knew it was a win when we saw Robin McCoy's art on the walls. Would love to stay longer next time!

Nice Koloa Property

The condo was nicely appointed and comfortable. We enjoyed the impeccably maintained gardens and pool area. It took us a few days to learn how to work the tv’s but after all we came here to be outside. The unit needs some maintenance such as a new rug in the living room and some new hallway runners.

Poipu Kapili = GREAT VACA RENTAL!

Poipu Kapili has become my favorite place to stay in Kauai & this unit did not disappoint! Very comfortable home away from home & had all extras as needed. This side of building also boasts the best sunset views!

Awesome Condo, Amazing Location!

We loved staying here! The condo was the perfect size for my family of three. The location can't be beat - right across the street from ocean where the sea turtles hang out and walking distance to the major resorts, beaches, and restaurants. We were not able to rent a car due to car rental shortage but walked everywhere! Also, we enjoyed playing tennis & pickle ball and lounging by the pool.

A new favorite location for us!

It was our first time at Poipu Kapili and we loved this complex! My breakdown: - The grounds are well kept. We saw the crew hard at work, cleaning/trimming, every morning. - We'd walk to Poipu Beach and float in the ocean in the AM, then each evening I'd spend time in the pool/lounging poolside and reading. Loved it! It's a smaller pool but the '+' shape means there's room for more than one group to swim/play without running over one another. - I was able to email Parrish (who manages this unit) whenever I wanted and I always got a prompt reply. The check in process was so easy...texts/emails and done! This unit in particular: - I gave three stars for 'accuracy of listing' for one reason: a general "air conditioning" in the listing implies the UNIT has A/C. In reality, there is one portable unit, permanently affixed in the bedroom, and that's it. When we arrived and walked into the unit at 9pm, it was STIFLING! We searched every closet and pulled out every fan we could find. There wasn't much of a breeze that night so we took cool showers and made it through the long hot night. - We eventually figured it out: We closed the sliding wood shutters during the day to keep the heat out...which made the place very dark. Then we had the A/C unit, three stand up fans placed strategically throughout the unit, one small fan, and three ceiling fans, all going 24/7. Then, in the evenings if/when the trade winds kick in, we opened the front door and lanai doors for a cross breeze. It worked out...but just know that it takes some work to make the unit comfortable. - The buildings are older so the unit needs some TLC (cupboard doors that don't always open/close right, had to have a broken faucet replaced while we were there, etc) but overall the unit is great! It's well decorated and while we didn't sleep on the sectional (which is a sleeper) it was actually comfortable to sit on! :-) The unit is twice the size of units at a neighboring resort. - A lot of Poipu units have beach supplies (body boards, umbrellas, fins, etc) for guests to use. This place has two sand chairs, a small cooler, and a broken sand umbrella. So bring/buy your own goods. - It's a great location. You can walk to shopping, eating, coffee shops, and beaches all within a half mile or so....and more if you're willing to walk a little further. We've always stayed at a nearby condo resort...but Kapili will be our new Kauai destination.
