Nędzy Kubińca 5 km from Zakopane: Large chalet "Giewont View", 1'000 m a.s.l., 3 storeys, renovated in 2018, surrounded by trees and meadows. 16 apartments in the property. In a quiet, sunny, elevated position, located by a road, in the countryside. For shared use: property 2'500 m2 (fenced). In the house: central heating system. Room cleaning 2 times per week on request (extra). Airport transfer (extra). Motor access to the house. Parking at the house, communal covered parking. Shop, grocery 200 m, supermarket 800 m, restaurant, bus stop 400 m, railway station 5 km, indoor swimming pool 5 km, thermal baths 15 km. Walking paths from the house 400 m, cable car 4 km, ski lift 4 km, ski rental 200 m, ski school 4 km, children's ski school 4 km, cross country ski track 100 m, ice rink 4 km, children's playground 600 m. Nearby attractions: Termy Chochołowskie 10 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zakopane-Szymoszkowa 4 km, Witów Ski 6 km. Please note: suitable for families. Exit to the balcony. Small, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Boiler (100 litres). Top floor: (steep stair), 1 room 18 m2, with sloping ceilings, east facing position with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen). 1 open room 15 m2, with sloping ceilings, south facing position with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Electric heating, wood heating. Balcony 5 m2, south facing position, terrace 12 m2, roofed, south facing position. Balcony furniture, deck chairs (4), box-room. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 3 year olds (extra), hair dryer, logs (extra). Internet (WiFi). Garage space n 16. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Nordic Walking poles PLN 10/day. Firewood PLN 25/welcome package. Possibility to order breakfast. Beautiful views

A lovely apartment with amazing views from all the windows. It was very clean. It is also a few minutes walk from 2 bus stops. It takes about 20/25 on the bus to Zakopane, we also got the bus to the Chocholowski Termy. Just depends how long you have to wait at the bus stop!!! It cost us 4 about 6 for the journey to town. Very peaceful location and highly recommend.
