"My stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing from start to finish. Service felt indifferent, even careless. At check‑in, staff gave no information about breakfast or cleaning, and no housekeeping was done during my stay. When noise from nearby rooms became unbearable, I asked for help. A staff member named Evan promised to check but never asked for my name or room number. Later, he investigated the wrong room entirely, and despite my follow‑up, never came to mine. Breakfast was the final let‑down—barely more than eggs, with few pastries and no fruit variety. The menu listed muffins, but staff claimed they cost extra. Tables were sticky and uncleared.
