“Ok Easy to get to Breakfast could be better as 9:30 ran out of a lot of food”

“Lady at the reception was running a scam or just had no idea what she is doing there. On arrival been repeatedly told to pay for the room, even though room has been booked and paid for in advance. After long and painfull conversation all of the sudden the booking apeared out of nowhere. Room had papper thin walls where you can hear people whispering. Don't recommend this hotel to anyone!!!”

“Disapppointing - not a warm welcome but most staff do speak basic English. Breakfast was ok. Cleaned room 2 out of 4 days (should be everyday but said they forgot). No kettle facilities - charged over £2 per cup of tea. We had to move rooms due to location and awful smell of drains in bathroom. School coaches of teenagers stayed who were still running around and shouting in the early hours of the morning and the hotel basically turned a blind eye as they filled the hotel. “It is a wonderful hotel. The distance from Krakow main train station to hotel is only ten stops by bus. The two ladies both day and night shift are wonderful and attentive. They are also helpful in everything. Hair dryer, hot water, direction?, all provide. Healthy food for breakfast too. This give me a good impression travel in Krakow”

“The location is out of the way but with easy transit connection. We had to reach out on WhatsApp to get the door codes. We chose it for parking but host at first did not give us a spot (had to ask). The Wi-Fi was surprisingly not functional and the TV cable was unplugged behind a chair. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable. The staff was super responsive on WhatsApp, though, and tried to help with the TV (which we sorted out after all, though after missing a chunk of a World Cup game).”

“The hotel is conveniently located by walking distance to old town about 20-25 minutes by walk and only 15 min to Wawel castle. The room is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is quiet, yet the neighborhood is not perfect. On the way walking to #179 or #304 bus station, it needs go under a turned which is dirty. They charge only 38 pln for breakfast, but I would rather pay 55 pln for a delicious one like I had in Warsaw. It is very simple breakfast, but coffee machine is……

“The apartment itself was nice. However, the bathroom has a sewage smell eminating from the shower drain. When the bathroom door was left open, the smell filled the room and we needed to open the windows. They advertise there is a washer and a dryer included in the apartment. We booked this room specifically because of the washer and dryer. They did not mention in the advertisement the dryer did not work and have a piece of paper next to it saying the dryer is out of service. The washer was also……

“We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment in Krakow. It was great to go for a run in the area, especially along the water where you can also walk or cycle. The location is excellent: only a 5-minute walk to the congress center and around 15 minutes walking distance to the old town. There is also an Aldi supermarket nearby, which was very convenient, and downstairs you can find a lovely sushi restaurant called Ami Sushi. The only small downsides were that the pillows were a bit small, and……
