“We have spent almost a week at this beautiful house and we couldn't be happier with the experience. We are a family of 4 adults and loved the fact that there was enough room for us to gather but also to relax. The house is in a great location, the pool is one minute walking distance from the house and it is gorgeous, as well as the hot tub. What we enjoyed the most was the fact that the house is extremely well equipped. We enjoyed the bicycles and the beach equipment, especially the boogie……

“The host was perfect. The site was alright. We’ve stayed at the Bay Club and were used to more updated units. This unit was a bit dated, but had all the basic amenities. We love Waikoloa so it was all worth it. We were able to see our Ohana in Waimea not too far away also. ”

“The description for this place was quite misleading. We were lead to believe that we were renting a small house with a small kitchen but when we arrived it was a large house split into 5 different sections, all with their own renters. The “kitchen” was a microwave, mini fridge and a hot plate with only a pot. There was also no ac and it was miserably hot/humid in our section. The walls were very thin and you could hear the other people in their room and the porch was only divided by a fence and……

“The villa was extremely clean, well stocked with pantry staples and appliances (rice cooker, four choices for making coffee, plenty of pots and pans and cooking utensils, and a beautiful outdoor grill). The unit is nicely maintained and was extremely comfortable for the three of us. Kolea is a very nice resort with a lovely pool and hot tub and a path to the beach. This particular villa is well situated - an easy walk to the pool and to the shops, etc., but not on the main road. The host was……
