On Departure
Before you leave, please:
Close and lock all windows and doors.
Return all furniture to its original place.
Wash dishes and wipe down counters.
Dispose of all trash in the outside garbage can.
Place recyclables in the yellow-lidded recycling container in the backyard.
(No need to make beds before departure.)

Please do not bring strangers into the home; this includes anyone not listed on your reservation.
Smoking is allowed outside only.
Respect locked rooms and the property’s belongings.
