"We booked our stay here to connect with our son and his family from Chicoutimi. We arrived late due to delays with the Riviere-du-Loup ferry so the flexible and clear check-in process was great. The Chalet was immaculate. All of the appliances and cooking were top notch. Plenty of dishes and cutlery. Views of the St. Lawrence from the upper deck were beautiful. "We had a terrible experience at this rental. We booked one night for a family ski trip at Mont Ste-Anne (2 adults and 3 kids). Check-in wasn’t until 5 PM, so after a long day of skiing, we had dinner before heading to the property.Upon arrival, we were shocked at how dirty the accommodations were.
