“We have just arrived home from a wonderful week at Casa Betel villa! A family of 11, between the ages of 3 and 62, the accommodation suited all of our needs perfectly. The pool was perfect for the children to enjoy safely and the pool heating was such a huge bonus! The location is great, walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beautiful local beach. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay here!”

“My husband and I stayed in this lovely house with a pool. The location was quiet. However it was wonderful hearing the crickets and watching the stars late into the evening. There were a few supermarkets you can walk to that were reasonably priced plus restaurants if you didn’t want to cook. There is a lovely beach you can walk to in 10 minutes. Bárbara and Jose responded quickly when we had a few issues. The house is fully equipped with plenty of space inside and out. Would definitely stay at……

“Der Kontakt zum Eigentümer war problemlos, ebenso der Kontakt zum Host vor Ort - lief alles über Telefon. Das Haus ist mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Einmal pro Woche kommt ein Reinigungsteam, wechselt Bettwäsche und Handtücher und putzt die Räume. Lediglich der Toaster in der Küche sollte ausgewechselt werden.”

“A nossa estadia ( 2 adultos e uma criança) foi muito boa. A casa é agradável e bem localizada. Fica numa zona muito calma e próxima da praia. Dispõe de uma piscina rodeada por um jardim muito bem cuidado e foi, sem sombra de dúvida, uma mais valia enorme! Não há nada a apontar no que respeita à limpeza. A D. Leonor (proprietária) é de uma simpatia e cordialidade extremas, não esquecendo a Dolma (empregada) que cuida carinhosamente dos animais de companhia (gatos e cães) da propriedade, os quais……

“The villa had all the facilities we required. Lovely pool, comfy beds and plenty of space for everyone. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The villa is well situated and you can walk to beaches and restuarants but a car is ideally needed for shopping and to explore the area. The only thing to mention is the villa would benefit from a few more sunbeds or softer seating in the pool area as the current ones are short in number and getting a little tired. But it was a wonderful holiday……

“We had a family vacation with 6 adults and 4 children (age 9 to 13 years). Arriving at the villa we found that it was fully in line with the description. Spacious rooms and bathrooms, a nice playroom which the children loved. We requested the pool to be heated and this added extra to the fun. The kitchen had lots of equipment. There was a nearby shop shop/bakery and the beach was indeed some 300 meters. Contacts with the owner were easy and requests were replied quickly. We enjoyed our stay and……

“We were pretty unlucky to arrive to a day of storm, dramatic rainfall and terrible gusts of wind, which is clearly not the norm for this area. The house manager responded swiftly and supportively to our electricity issues caused by this, thankfully. The house itself was great, lovely sized bedrooms and en suites, well equipped kitchen and cosy living room. The furniture by the pool was comfortable too. The area itself, probably bursting with life in the high season was very quiet. Shops and……
