HostnFly offers you this charming, comfortable and high-quality T2 apartment, perfect for a tourist or business stay.
It measures 39 m2, includes a bedroom with plenty of storage space and can accommodate up to 4 people. Bathroom and separate WC. Completely renovated with taste and quality.
You'll love its location near the Esplanade Saint Benoît (400m) and the port of Le Pouliguen and all its shops (360m).

## Logement
Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, it comprises :
- bedroom with double bed;
- bathroom with window;
- an open, fully-equipped kitchen
- a beautiful living room with smart TV opening onto the terrace;
- a large south-facing, sheltered terrace, furnished for dining (even if it's raining) and relaxing in the cozy corner.
- private parking
The following facilities are at your disposal: parking, hair dryer, smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, 2 coffee machines (Nespresso and filter), microwave, oven, induction hob, iron and ironing board. all you need for cooking (food processor, chopper, mixer, rice cooker) to enjoy seafood, grilled meats or pancakes. 2 beach chairs available.
Sheets and towels are provided at extra cost.
One of the residence's assets is its location:
- in a well-kept residence in a private wooded park,
- close to a variety of restaurants and shops;
- just a few minutes' walk from the magnificent sandy beach of la baule saint benoit,
- close to the center of Le Pouliquen.

L'esplanade saint benoit is a magnificent pedestrian walk along the sandy beach from Pornichet to Le Pouliguen, with no cars or bicycles allowed. There are benches all along the route. On the Pouliguen side, the wild coastline can be explored by bike in complete safety. Le Pouliguen offers a choice of quality restaurants to enjoy on site or to take home on the apt's terrace. Perfect for visiting the Croisic aquarium, the medieval center of Guérande, the port of La Turballe...
