“Basically you never make mistake when staying by NH Hotels. But this time, it was a mess. I made reservation thru Hotel.com and it shows breakfast included. When we check in at first day, staff asked us to pay for breakfast and we refused, ask them to check with Hotel.com. 2nd. day, staff asked us again to pay breakfast and we insist don't pay, it's problem between NH and Hotel.com. Then, few hours later, they apologized for this mistake, everything was solved. 3rd. day when we check out, NH……

“We stayed for only one night after a late incoming flight. Even on short notice they sent a driver who met us inside arrivals and had a sign with our name. It’s worth noting it is not all that close to the airport. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted and shown to our room, which had a great shower and was very comfortable. Breakfast was included and was really nice. We hung out at the pool bar while we waited for our ride to town. The grounds are lovely and there was lots to do. Overall we……

“Room very comfortable (standard double). Staff friendly. Seating areas around hotel comfortable. Several places to eat in hotel and around the hotel. I had a good meal in the Opera in restaurant. Plenty of choice at the buffet breakfast. Has a swimming pool and gym. In a great location for Carolina park and shopping mall. Things were not always replenished in the room(coffee, face cloth).”
