“This was the perfect little home for our week long stay near Quincy! It had everything our family needed and was very cute and clean! Our son loved the large front yard. We were there in June so it was a treat watching the Fire Flies at night. When communicating with the host, they were very responsive and polite. If we ever find our way back to Quincy, we would love to stay there again! ”

“Ignore the surroundings when you pull in. In the back of the storage lockers is an adorable basement-type apartment that is one of the nicest places we have stayed in. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and everything you would need was already provided in the apartment. It is spacious, and you won't feel cramped. “Great size for three adults. The fenced yard was wonderful for our dogs. The host was very quick to reply to a question on check in day. We would stay here again. One item to note for those with asthma/allergies - there is a no smoking sign posted, but it does appear that other previous guests haven't honored this request. There is a lingering smoke smell indoors. The home was nicely cleaned, but this is a difficult smell to get rid of. ”

“Stayed here a total of 10 nights (2 reservations) while our daughter was at Hannibal Regional Hospital recovering from complications of a surgery. We rented the upstairs unit first, (Parlor on Paris) also 2 reservations, but switched to Huck's Hideaway when we realized we would be in town several weeks. Since we were taking shifts & staying with her around the clock, it was the perfect place to relax, refuel & rest. Kitchen was very functional with a great gas stove & full size appliances.……
